What does Azalia mean?

Azalia is a flower name that also means "God has reserved." I came across this pretty name while trying to find a name for my daughter, and found it a fitting way to describe nature's ingredients. To me, each Azalia product is a gift that's like a miracle in a bottle.

 

What are some ways you give back?

Azalia Spa Goods is built around the idea that true beauty is kind: to our health, our animals and environment. All products are made with certified organic, vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients with a commitment to fair trade. With every purchase, a portion of sales are donated to the Garden School Foundation, which provides education for underserved youth in Los Angeles through garden-based learning in outdoor living classrooms. Why I love them: by teaching children about cooking, nutrition, health and eco-consciousness, they create fun environments where kids can flourish.

What is your return policy?

Due to nature of my products, all sales are final. Products shipped by error on my part will be accepted for return within 7 days of receipt. Please email hello@azaliaspagoods.com for authorization. Approved returned merchandise must be received in proper packaging and in good condition to be accepted.

All products are available in mini sizes, so you can be confident and happy with your purchase.

What is the shelf life of Azalia Spa Goods body oils?

Azalia Spa Goods are made using only the highest quality organic ingredients and absolutely no chemical preservatives. These naturally stable oils have a shelf life of a year or longer. To ensure your products are fresh and essential oils most effective, enjoy Azalia body oils within 12 months of purchase. A tip: keeping oils in a cool place, out of direct sunlight and heat, helps maximize its shelf life.

 

Are your products tested on animals?

No. In fact, Azalia Spa Goods is certified by PETA as cruelty free and vegan. I do not test on animals and only source my ingredients from suppliers that follow this same principle. No animal bi-products are ever used as ingredients.

 

What is Azalia Spa Goods doing to be more eco-conscious?

I believe in finding options that are friendly to people, animals and the earth. In order to ensure all Azalia's practices are sustainable, I use packaging that can be reused or recycled to avoid sending anything to a landfill. Some of the eco-conscious choices I've made include:

  • All glass bottles and canvas bags are recyclable
  • All paper are recyclable and printed with eco-friendly inks
  • Terraskin labels are tree free; the paper is made from stone
  • All shipments are packed with biodegradable and recycled shipping material and eco-friendly packing tape

 

Are Azalia products certified organic or Non-GMO project verified?

Azalia carefully selects certified organic ingredients that are GMO-free from various suppliers. Although the ingredients I use are certified organic and GMO-free, I have not yet obtained a USDA certification or Non-GMO Project Verification as manufacturer yet.

 

What are the methods of extraction of your oils?

Azalia's essential oils are 100% pure aromatic distillates. The jojoba oil is cold pressed and unrefined. The sunflower oil is expeller pressed and refined. No chemicals are ever used in the extraction process.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within one business day and shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2 to 3 business days. For tracking information, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing after you place your order. Note: I do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

What are your shipping rates?

I offer $6 USPS flat-rate shipping within the United States and $10 USPS flat-rate shipping within Canada.

 

I am an international customer. May I place an order on azalispagoods.com?

At this time, Azalia Spa Goods only ships within the United States and Canada.

In order to keep shipping costs down to Canadian customers, all orders to Canada are shipped via USPS, which only provides tracking numbers for shipments within the United States at this time.

 

What is your shipping policy?

All items are packaged with the highest level of care and then shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If your package is lost, please email hello@azaliaspagoods.com for information required to track your package. Use the link below to place a claim with the shipper.

Azalia Spa Goods is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. In cases of free shipping, if the contents of your package were damaged, please email hello@azaliaspagoods.com. All items will need to be shipped back to at your expense so I can investigate the matter and contact you within 7 calendar days.

At this time I accept the following methods of payment: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

 

What is your sales tax?

All packages shipped in California will be charged between 7.5% and 10.0% sales tax, depending on your location. Orders shipped out-of-state are not assessed sales tax.

My secured socket layer (SSL) uses the latest, industry-standard 256-bit encryption technology to ensure that your personal information (especially your name, address and credit card information number) stays out of the wrong hands, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to my payment processing system. This is the same level of encryption used large banks to keep your information secure.
